Paula leads the EY Global Labor & Employment Law team comprising of employment lawyers across the globe. She has more than 15 years of experience advising on complex international labor and employment law matters.

Paula frequently provides strategic human resources advice to global corporations relating to engaging, compensating and managing an evolving workforce. Her significant experience in HR and transactions includes trade union consultation, negotiation, change of benefit programs, restructuring, use of restrictive covenants and protection of trade secrets.

Paula is a frequent speaker on topics such as the development of Swedish employment law, social media in the workplace and the #MeToo movement. She earned an LLM from Gothenburg University.
