How Tracy is building a better working world

“As we analyze our clients’ issues and develop solutions, EY teams consider how we can use technology to improve processes that ultimately have a positive impact on people, the overall business and the environment. As a leader at EY, I am constantly looking for ways to increase opportunities for females and minorities to have a chance to speak up and have a voice. The future of all of our lives, personally and professionally, can be improved if we have an open mindset and include a diverse point of view in everything we do.”
