Earlier this year, the EY.ai lab hosted an agentic AI pressure cooker week with one of our banking clients, which culminated in a successful working demo presented back to business executives. From a successful working demo, the client decided to extend this demo into a more concrete Proof of Concept (PoC). The POC is introducing further autonomy in the process of opening new bank accounts.

Typically, we conduct two full-day workshops over a period of two to three weeks. The first workshop focuses on developing an AI Roadmap and identifying high-impact use cases that can deliver immediate value. Following this, our team at EY will dedicate two weeks to creating a functional Proof of Concept (PoC) to demonstrate the value of AI. We will then invite you to a second workshop, where we will explore the PoC in greater depth, evolve it into a Proof of Value (PoV), and outline a comprehensive implementation strategy.

After the workshop, we offer ongoing support, including strategic guidance on the deployment of your AI technology, access to additional resources, and opportunities for further collaboration to ensure successful implementation and scaling of your AI systems.
During our workshops, we only consume and use synthetic data. However, to ensure the data is as close to reality as possible, post our first workshop, we will request information of the typical data structures required to fulfil a process that has been identified.
