We want everyone at EY Nordics who identifies as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or queer (LGBTQ+) to feel comfortable and supported in their work environment. We believe that active support for LGBTQ+ inclusivity from leadership, role models, and allies is essential in cultivating a culture where our people can be their authentic selves.
This is why we host a Nordic Rainbow Week, aimed at nurturing an environment where our employees feel a sense of belonging and can bring their whole selves to work. This celebration also raises awareness about the LGBTQ+ community and underscores the importance of an inclusive culture. Furthermore, it highlights the Pride activities taking place during the summer across all Nordic locations.
Additionally, we have established a LGBTQ+ Unity Network that unites our community, allowing our employees to feel included and to advocate for the issues that matter to them. This includes developing our internal processes, raising awareness, and making a positive impact on the entire EY community.
