Daniela is responsible for the Future of Work initiative in EY Norway and is the project leader for the S7 transformation at EY Oslo. Through her expertise in REFM, strategy, and implementation, Daniela’s primarily responsibility is to create exceptional workplace experiences for our clients and employees.
In addition to REFM, Daniela specializes in operating models and cost- effective solutions. She has experience in both the private and public sectors, serving clients with large and complex portfolios, both nationally and internationally.
Daniela has previously worked for Telenor, Telenor Eiendom and Inventura.
