Finn Ole is a state-authorised public accountant with an MBA Finance from NHH, Certified Financial Analyst from NHH and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University. He has been a partner since 2004 and is the head of EY Assurance in Norway with approximately 1200 employees. Assurance consists of auditing, as well as the audit-related advisory departments Financial Accounting and Advisory Services, Forensics, Climate Change and Sustainability Services and Technology Risk.
He has extensive experience as an audit partner for large, multinational corporate clients reporting under both US GAAP and IFRS, including PCAOB audits.
Finn Ole has also been involved in providing services related to financing projects, IPO processes and several internal control projects. He also has extensive experience in giving lectures both internally and externally, and has been extensively involved in both training and in the recruitment processes at EY
