Morten is a Manager working in EY’s People Advisory Services practice Norway. Morten is heading the HR Transformation initiative in Norway, where we support customers with larger changes in their HR function – ranging from HR strategy and HR operating model design, to agile implementation and transformation support.
With more than seven years of experience within global HR operations, governance and consultancy, Morten has been working in several projects concerning HR technology implementation and HR transformation. Morten also have has experience within Compensation and Benefits,global payroll improvement and outsourcing projects.
Morten's key focus is to help clients transform their HR function through people and through technology, in order to strengthen human interaction and to realize competitive advantage.
Morten has an MA in Organization and Leadership from the University of Oslo in 2014. Morten joined EY in October 2018.

In his role, Morten is enabling clients to create successful HR functions. The aim is for HR to be better equipped to support the overall business goals of the organization.
A key element is to focus on the user. By bringing user-centric design into the HR transformation, we can create HR services that really matters to people. After all, the employees are an organization’s most important resource.
