A technology enthusiast who is passionate about building businesses and solving complex client challenges. An avid traveler who enjoys hiking and board games.

Vaibhav has been working for EY since 2013, originally based out of San Francisco, US but moved to Norway in October 2021 to help build ServiceNow capabilities for EY Nordics. Currently, he is the Lead for ServiceNow in EY Norway and part of the leadership team of EY Nordics ServiceNow. His background and experience lie in digital transformation leveraging SaaS technologies like Microsoft and ServiceNow for some of the largest clients in the banking, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and software industry. He specializes in digital transformation by working through diverse components like vision, execution, change, process, technology, etc., to ensure its effectiveness and value to the stakeholders.

Vaibhav holds a master’s degree in information systems from Indiana University (Bloomington) and a computer engineering degree from the University of Mumbai.
