Jason is the Christchurch Office Managing Partner. Having joined EY as a Senior over 30 years ago after completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Otago, he is also a Chartered Accountant of Australia and New Zealand and completed the Ernst & Young Executive Program at Darden Business School.
During his career Jason has led corporates in a range of industry sectors including dairy farming, mining, distribution, manufacturing and energy.
He continues to provide pragmatic solutions to his clients’ complex tax issues and advises both private clients and businesses on everyday tax accounting and cross border transactional issues.
How Jason is building a better working world
Jason has been treasurer of a local hockey club for the past 10 years, he has been chairperson of a local school board, managed various rugby teams at senior and representative level, been a committee and board member of various sports clubs.
