Kim is the lead partner of the EY New Zealand transfer pricing team.
With over 20 years of experience in the fields of transfer pricing and operating model effectiveness (OME), he has extensive, industry experience covering planning, compliance, advance pricing agreements and controversy management.
Kim takes a commercial approach to solving what can often be complex and highly technical matters and is passionate about helping kiwi companies thrive offshore while keeping them out of trouble. He also takes pride in supporting EY’s inbound clients to navigate the increasing complexity of the New Zealand transfer pricing regime.
The approach to TP cannot be done in isolation and Kim brings a holistic approach by ensuring clients benefit from the wider expertise that EY has to offer.
Kim also brings offshore experience from his time spent in the Netherlands practice, where he primarily focused on operating model transformations and complex transfer pricing solutions.
Kim has a Bachelor of Management Studies from the University of Waikato (NZ) and is a Chartered Accountant with full membership of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
