Mark Paterson leads EY-Parthenon’s valuation practice in New Zealand, supporting clients with strategic advisory, capital raising, financial reporting and tax matters. He advises on a range of transaction-related matters, both before and after a deal.
Mark joined EY in December 2020 and has 20 years’ professional services experience. He has also held strategic finance roles with several large New Zealand corporates.
He holds a BCom/LLB and a BCom(Hons) in Finance from the University of Auckland, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
