Nathan has over a decade of experience at EY, where he has built a strong track record delivering high quality economic analysis across the infrastructure sector. He is well regarded for developing robust, evidence-based business cases that support confident investment and policy decisions.

Nathan works across the full investment management system and regularly partners with a diverse range of stakeholders, including Local Government, Central Government, Iwi organisations and commercial entities. His work spans engagements from applied research through to commercial feasibility and investment analysis.

Prior to joining EY, Nathan gained almost seven years’ experience working across central government, providing a strong understanding of public sector decision making and policy environments across natural resource allocation, utilities regulation, infrastructure resilience, regional economic development and land use planning.

Nathan holds a BCA (Hons) in Public Policy from Victoria University (2008), with modules in Public Policy, Economics, Economic Modelling and International Business studies.
