Paul is an EY Parthenon Partner, leads the EY New Zealand Infrastructure Advisory team, and co-leads the EY New Zealand Government and Public Sector practice.
He draws on over 30 years’ experience in the infrastructure sector, spanning engineering, commercial and transactions, regulatory, and consulting roles across New Zealand, Asia, and the UK.
Since joining EY in July 2014 Paul has advised on a number of significant projects across transport, justice, defence, water, energy and social sectors. This includes PPP transactions, regeneration of the Defence and Corrections estate, key Canterbury earthquake recovery projects, roads of national significance, water reform, and utility regulation.
Paul has an MBA from Victoria University of Wellington and a bachelor degree in surveying from the University of Otago.
