Rob leads the EY Oceania Forensics team and has over 25 years of investigation and integrity risk management experience gained in both the public and private sectors.

Rob is regularly sought out by executive teams and boards to assist with integrity matters, from advising on embedding integrity frameworks and enhancing integrity culture in organisations to leading sensitive investigations.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney, along with numerous integrity-related diplomas and certifications.

By leading organisation-wide integrity uplift programs and complex investigative assignments locally and throughout the Asia-Pacific region, Rob has gained invaluable perspectives on preventing, detecting, and responding to integrity challenges. Rob gains great satisfaction from working with clients to optimise their culture, frameworks and processes to achieve stronger, more resilient and sustainable integrity outcomes.

A people-focused leader, Rob leads his teams by role modelling his purpose. He mentors and coaches them to enable the development of the next generation of EY integrity professionals, who will grow and deliver value to clients and the community helping EY build a better working world.
