How Simon is shaping the future with confidence
I build a better working world by working alongside clients to help turn their strategies and plans into practical, sustainable results. I focus on connecting strategy, planning, performance and risk so organisations can deliver outcomes that matter for the communities they serve.
Beyond my client work, I co‑founded The Hyphen Project, a charitable trust supporting gifted and neurodivergent teenagers whose talents are often overlooked in traditional education settings. Through this work, I contribute to creating inclusive pathways that help young people realise their potential and thrive.
