Simon is the EY New Zealand Managing Partner, having been a partner at EY for over 19 years, and a member of the NZ firm’s board, he is responsible for the executive leadership of the New Zealand firm.
He brings over 30 years’ experience with EY in New Zealand, San Jose and New York, and has worked extensively across the financial services industry with clients in the banking, asset management and insurance.
Simon has also been involved in many other sectors including retail, communications, technology, media, consumer products, power and utilities, and the public sector.
He has led a number of buy and sell side strategy and transactions that compliment his extensive audit experience as well has having led various World Bank assignments in Asia.
Simon is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants of Australia & New Zealand. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Victoria University.
