How Simon is shaping the future with confidence
I help our clients shape the future with confidence by simplify tax processes where it makes sense - using technology in practical ways to reduce duplication, improve clarity, and create auditable, defensible outcomes. I focus on designing systems that use data once, support strategic decision-making, and stand up to scrutiny. Just as important as technology is managing the people change - ensuring teams are equipped, engaged, and confident to work in new ways. It’s about making tax more efficient, more transparent, and more aligned with how businesses operate.
