Suresh is a senior member of EY Parthenon’s Transactions and Corporate Finance team, advising corporates, private equity, founders, family offices and investors in New Zealand. He focuses on providing clear strategic advice and executing complex transactions to support informed capital decisions.
Since joining EY, Suresh has specialised in transaction advisory, contributing to a range of M&A engagements across multiple sectors. His experience includes advising multinational clients on the divestment of significant New Zealand businesses and assets.
Prior to EY, Suresh held corporate finance and business planning roles at Spark New Zealand. He also gained experience in restructuring and corporate advisory environments, building a strong commercial and operational perspective.
He holds a Master of Applied Finance, a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance, Economics) and a Bachelor of Science (Statistics) from Victoria University of Wellington.
