A dedicated Cyber Partner who leads with integrity. Focused on collaboration, mentoring and developing future-ready teams. Mum of three girls who values a culture of inclusion and diversity for all.

Tenille is an EY Partner and the Oceania Cyber Competency Leader. 

Specialising in management of professional services for 20 years with over 15 years dedicated to the field of Cybersecurity. Tenille is highly experienced in the delivery and management of enterprise IT transformations, having worked on large-scale engagements for leading organisations across a range of sectors, including Banking, Insurance, Federal and State Government, Power and Utilities, and Education. 

Tenille has strong stakeholder relationships across the broader State and Federal government landscape in her role as Cyber Partner for Government and Public Service for Oceania.

In her role as the Oceania Cyber Competency Leader, Tenille oversees a large portfolio of clients supported by more than 300 Cybersecurity consultants and Partners.

How are you building a better working world?

With a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Deakin University and a successful graduate of the EY Global Next Gen leadership program, Tenille became a Partner in 2020. Tenille has spent 15 years balancing a full-time career whilst raising three daughters.

Tenille’s dedication to women in business, and in particular women in technology, continues to be a significant part of her rewarding career. Tenille has mentored and coached countless females and advocated strongly for gender equality and inclusion both in and out of the workplace. 

Tenille has led significant and impactful projects that provide immense value to citizens through Cyber Security. Her work has increased maturity and digitisation with digital identity, data protection, and governance. She has contributed to these advancements across the education sector, law enforcement agencies, and taxation. Tenille's efforts focus on protecting Australian citizens and businesses while building resilience for a safe and prosperous digital future.
