Una leads EY’s New Zealand Reward practice, consulting on clever, practical reward and remuneration solutions for Directors, executives and employees at all levels.

She was previously Director of New Zealand’s largest private sector remuneration consulting practice, until its acquisition by EY. Prior to starting this business, Una was New Zealand Head of HR for two large multinational pharmaceutical companies.  

Una holds an MBA (Beta Gamma Sigma honours) from the University of Auckland and undergraduate degrees in Commerce and Psychology from the University of Canterbury.
