With more than 30 years of public accounting experience that began as an assurance practitioner, Rich has spent a large portion of his career providing strategy and transactions to corporations and private equity firms.
Rich holds a BSc and an MSc in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
