Wayne serves as one of the leaders of the FSO FAAS Sustainable Finance Campaign. He has more than 30 years of financial services experience, including over a decade in environmental, social and governance (ESG) and sustainable finance. He focuses on advising financial services clients on sustainable finance, risk, regulatory and compliance management.
Prior to joining the firm, Wayne was Head of Global Fixed Income Product Strategy and Development and Chair of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at an award-winning provider of ESG ratings. He also served as a managing director and Head of Sustainable Public Infrastructure at a global financial institution.
Wayne received his AB from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School.
