Băncilă, Diaconu și Asociații SPRL assisted Goodpack SARL (part of CEECAT Capital) in the acquisition of Paccor Romania SRL, being involved in all stages of the transaction and providing assistance in both the due diligence phase, as well as in relation to the structuring, preparation and negotiation of the transaction documents.
