EY-Parthenon assisted on the sale of Ferrari and Aston Martin automotive dealerships in Romania
EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Transactions teams assisted the shareholders of Forza Rossa and British Motors with the sale of their luxury automotive dealerships business in Romania.
EY-Parthenon supported this landmark transaction in Romania’s growing luxury vehicles segment by providing financial vendor due diligence services.
Holland Automotive Group of Canada agreed to acquire the business and assets of Forza Rossa and British Motors which import and sell four luxury automotive brands in Romania, namely Ferrari, Aston Martin, Dallara, and Morgan.
While the transaction marks Holland Automotive Group’s entry into the Romanian market, the company has a rich history in premium automotive dealerships with distribution rights for Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati, McLaren and Rolls Royce, amongst others, in several cities in Canada and the United States.
