BDAttorneys advised Strabag Group, on a strategic acquisition
BDAttorneys advised Strabag Group in connection with the transaction by which it will acquire all shares in Bawi Construction. The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
Following completion, Bawi Construction will be integrated into Strabag Group, strengthening the group’s strategic presence in Romania and Southeast Europe.
Our team of lawyers assisted Strabag throughout all phases of the transaction, including conducting legal due diligence, advising on transaction structuring, and preparing and negotiating the sale and purchase agreement and all ancillary documentation.
The project was coordinated by Stefan Mantea (Partner), working closely with Alexandra Siminiceanu (Senior Managing Associate, M&A).
