Cristian leads the Digital Enablement services and is also the Chief Innovation Officer for EY Romania. Prior to EY, Cristian has helped build customer and analytics practices in the Middle East, with a maniacal obsession on customer centricity mindset and promoting a data-led analysis of customer and business behaviors.
Cristian is a frequent speaker at various industry and technology events and likes to publish articles on upcoming trends on technology affecting the wider user and business community.
He earned an MBA from Warwick Business School and holds an MSc in IT Project Management from the Cybernetics Faculty (Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest). He also holds a BA in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnics University of Bucharest.
How Cristian is building a better working world
Cristian is a strong promoter of using technology with a collaborative mindset. For him, every area where humans are not fulfilling their potential is an area where technology can increase output, reduce stress and free up creative thinking.
He is also a strong advocate for equal opportunities to people from less-developed regions.
