Matt is a Partner in Ernst & Young LLP’s People Advisory Services practice, leading for EY globally on Organization Design and Workforce Transformation. He helps companies and governments to build a better working world by re-shaping and transforming their operating and organizational models.

Prior to this, Matt led the growth of EY UK&I Advisory Services as a member of the UK and Ireland People Advisory leadership team.

Prior to EY, Matt worked as a management consultant and, before that, to deliver transformation programs in the water industry.

Matt holds an MBA with distinction from Manchester Business School and an MA from Cambridge University. 

How Matt is building a better working world

“Through his client work, Matt builds a better working world by improving the delivery of public services to citizens. He helps to keep the public safe and to grow the UK economy, helping citizens to access better public services.

At EY, Matt has been a champion and sponsor for gender and BAME diversity, both internally and externally, for example by working with the Civil Service Women’s networks to launch Brave Conversations on International Women’s Day.

Matt led the design of EY corporate responsibility program, EY Ripples, boosting the number of EY participants and the young people and social enterprises they work to support. He also coordinates EY work supporting social enterprises.”
