Sebastian Popescu is Partner and Head of the Grants and Incentives Advisory service line.

Sebastian provided expertise in project planning, strategy development and assisting major foreign investors in his previous role at Noerr Finance & Tax, where he served as Associate Partner. He has also previously held the role of Financial Analyst at Rompetrol.

Sebastian holds an MBA degree from WU Executive Academy and an MA in Human Resources from SNSPA. Recognized for his comprehensive understanding of regulatory environments, he is also a certified management consultant, financial auditor and member of prestigious organizations such as ICMCI-AMCOR and CAFR.
