Jeff leads the Crisis & Investigations team for EY Americas, focusing on forensic services and investigations, physical security, threat intelligence assessments, and crisis management and response. He also serves as the EY Global Forensics Crisis Management Leader.
With more than 30 years of experience, Jeff has an extensive background in investigations, forensic accounting, government regulations, and crisis and security preparedness services. He previously served as Associate Deputy Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), integrating forensic accounting into major investigations, including terrorism and terrorism financing, fraud, corruption, and organized crime. He led two field offices and coordinated the FBI’s response to the Boston Marathon bombing.
Jeff now leverages his experience to provide outcome-based approaches. He has led assessments and developed security preparedness programs in major US cities.
He is a CPA in Massachusetts and a Certified Financial Forensics Professional with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
