Michael is EY Global Payroll Markets & EMEIA Payroll Operate Leader. He aims to drive exponential growth with the roll out of the next-generation global payroll service.
Prior to joining EY, he worked as the General Manager of global payroll company, leading a team of over 500 professionals, providing global human capital management and payroll solutions to multinational clients in more than 100 countries.
Michael is a recognized business professional with wide-ranging international and leadership experience. He earned his Executive MBA, with Dean’s Honors, from the Rotterdam School of Management.
He also holds a master´s degree in Marketing from TIAS-Nimbas Business School and a master´s degree in MIS and Business Economics from Tilburg University, the Netherlands.
