How Rachel is building a better working world
“Both the energy industry and the broader workforce are changing dramatically. These changes create hurdles to workforce strategy, recruiting, retention and overall business health. I help clients determine how to adapt to these shifts using both workforce strategy and technology so their workforce is ready and able to position their company for success both now and in the future.”
