Read moreEY-Parthenon Corporate Finance has advised Solgrid, the Norwegian solar developer, in the divestment of two ready-to-build Swedish solar projects in southern Sweden (Katrineholm and Örebro), totalling 37,5 MW, to the German energy company Uniper. The projects will be operational during 2026.
Solgrid is owned by the Norwegian energy companies Akershus Energi and Ostfold Energi, as well as the Norwegian financial investors Obligo and Valinor. This transaction aligns with Solgrid’s strategy to divest parts of its portfolio to external investors.
