Bingxun is EY-Parthenon Asean Economic Advisory Leader. He has extensive experience in driving better decision-making and outcomes for organizations by integrating economic and data frameworks into strategy development, particularly in the public and infrastructure sectors.
He is also experienced in economic and international development and has advised government and multilateral institutions across Southeast Asia on various topics. These include industry development strategies, labor market optimization, trade and investment promotion, impact measurements, and social policies for inclusive economic growth.
Bingxun holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Economics from the National University of Singapore and Alliance Manchester Business School respectively.
