How Darryl is building a better working world

”As companies expand across borders, tax implications in transactions are complicated by different tax systems between countries and frequent regulatory changes. I help businesses to identify and understand strategic tax issues in the context of their cross-border transactions and address them as they arise in the transaction life cycle. Often, tax is the key financial exposure arising under a due diligence exercise. I also leverage my international tax experience to help companies optimize their overall tax position in cross-border transactions.”
