How Susana is building a better working world

“I help organizations scale up or achieve turnarounds through a pragmatic approach, providing an extra pair of hands or eyes to get things done, whether it’s expanding into a new country or leveraging existing assets to create new revenue streams.

I also work closely with them on addressing sustainability issues, which stakeholders are increasingly focusing on. Such efforts include the development of strategies and roadmaps for electric vehicles as well as social and community investment strategies that support sustainability initiatives. These help to enhance stakeholder confidence in the organization and long-term performance.”
