He is also experienced in IPO work for companies to be listed on stock exchanges in Singapore, Australia and the US. These involve preparation of the accountant’s report, profit forecast reviews as well as preparation and review of the board memorandum.
Swee Ho is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a practicing member with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
