With his deep know-how in commercial, product and technology due diligence and technology commercialization across many sectors — including FinTech, enterprise software as a service, industrial and consumer technology — Varun advises investors and corporate acquirers on B2B and B2C software investments. 

Over his career, Varun has led complex due diligence and carve-out programs that have shaped investment theses and informed integration strategies for acquirers. Prior to joining the EY-Parthenon organization, he was Head of Corporate Development Integration at a leading regional super-app provider where he oversaw due diligence and post-merger integration across multiple lines of business. With over two decades of experience spanning software, investing and corporate M&A, Varun helps companies combine transaction discipline with a pragmatic understanding of how technology creates enterprise value.
