Her work spans commercial, Medicare and Medicaid lines of business in the US and includes market strategy, product portfolio optimization, market research and segmentation, customer experience next-generation operating model development and sales effectiveness.
Melinda has a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College and an MA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
