Sophie Chou is the Tax Services Partner of Ernst & Young, seasoned in M&A advisory, tax due diligence, tax controversy, and crossborder tax planning. She has spearheaded the tax due diligence and transaction structure services for more than 100 international merger and acquisition cases.
Sophie serves as the tax advocate for various companies on tax litigations against the National Taxation Bureau. Some of her wins have attributed to law amendments by the government to fix legitimate flaws.
Sophie graduated from National Taiwan University as a Master of Accounting.
