EY Entrepreneur of the Year: an opportunity for business leaders

EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ is a unique global program that recognizes the achievements of entrepreneurs around the world. The program helps to unlock potential by supporting entrepreneurial activity and recognizing those entrepreneurs who inspire others with their vision, leadership and achievements.

The purpose of the program

We recognize entrepreneurs who succeed through innovation, financial performance, social responsibility, and commitment to their business and society.

How are the winners selected?

The competition consists of national and international stages. Participants are selected based on submitted applications. An independent jury conducts interviews, analyzes the information and determines the winners in the categories and the main winner – the EY Entrepreneur of the Year. To ensure objectivity, EY employees are not members of the jury commitee. Participation in the program is free of charge.

The national winner will represent Ukraine at the international EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year™ competition to be held in Monaco in June 2025.

Terms of participation

• The nominee's company must be based in Ukraine. It must be a private business with at least two years of operations.
• Nominees must be actively involved in business management and be responsible for its results.
• Nominees must be co-owners of the business.
