EY Ukraine advised Digitally Inspired, a UK based fast-growing software engineering company with customers around the world, in connection with acquisition of Digitally Inspired by Intellias, a global software engineering and digital consulting company.
This acquisition unites more than 3,000 professionals within the combined company, and significantly expands Intellias’ footprint in the United Kingdom, adding to existing locations in Ukraine, Poland, Germany, United States, Bulgaria, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, Colombia, India and United Arab Emirates.

EY Ukraine's multidisciplinary team acted as an advisor to Digitally Inspired. Specifically, EY provided full legal support of the transaction, as well as conducted legal, tax and financial due diligence of Intellias.
