Bogdan has over 12 years of professional experience. Bogdan specializes in M&A and financing, due diligence, business structuring and restructuring, advice on regulatory (including currency control) matters with a particular focus on oil & gas, IT and agricultural industries. His client portfolio includes leading domestic and international companies and corporations acting, inter alia, in the commercial manufacturing sector, real estate, IT and industrial groups.
Bogdan has a broad experience in M&A deal support and legal due diligence, having worked on more than 20 transactions.
Bogdan received his Specialist of Law degree from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
