Bogdan leads Strategy and Transactions at EY Ukraine.
Bogdan joined EY Assurance practice in 1999, gained Partner promotion in 2008. Since 2014, he leads Transaction Advisory business and serves as partner for for valuation, restructuring, strategy, innovation and M&A projects for top EY clients including government. Effective 1 July 2021, Bogdan has been appointed EY's Country Managing Partner in Ukraine.
Bogdan is a Supervisory Board member and Students Ombudsman in Kyiv National University of Economics.
Bogdan is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and received Master’s degree in International Investments and Bachelor’s degree in Law from Kyiv National University of Economics. Bogdan also did a PhD study in the Institute of World Economy and International Relations of the Academy of Science of Ukraine.
