Halyna is an Associate Partner of EY Ukraine Tax and Legal Practice. She leads Private Client Services.
Halyna worked as an assistant to a Member of Parliament during three years before joining Andersen and EY.
Halyna has more than 18 years of professional experience and specializes in rendering a wide range of services in human capital – from cross-border individual tax planning, immigration to payroll services. She focuses on international tax matters of individuals, pension and social tax implications, country specific tax compliance, transaction structuring, employees’ remuneration structuring and equity-based plans for a wide range of clients, including ultra high-net-worth individuals, private clients and numerous multinational clients.
Halyna received degree in economics from State University “Lvivska Politechnika”.
