Igor is a Partner of EY Ukraine Tax and Legal Practice. He leads International Tax and Transfer Pricing Services.
Igor joined EY in 2003 from a leading Ukrainian bank where he worked as a senior tax advisor. He has over 18 years of professional experience, specializing primarily in tax and legal international law matters, corporate taxation and transfer pricing.
Igor is a certified Attorney-at-Law in Ukraine.
He received degree in law from Dnipropetrovsk National University and degree in economics from the National Mining University of Ukraine.
