Kostiantyn holds a Master’s degree in Energy Management and demonstrates strong expertise in climate policy, the green economy, and energy efficiency, including substantial experience working on climate change-related projects.
He has proven managerial experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and implementing complex initiatives. In addition to extensive collaboration with Ukrainian companies, civil society organizations, and the public sector, Kostiantyn also possesses significant regional experience in Eastern Europe, including several Balkan countries and Moldova.
He has been actively involved in projects aimed at the implementation and adaptation of the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) legislation within the framework of the World Bank’s Partnership for Market Implementation (PMI) project in Ukraine.
