Binh is a Senior Partner, Strategy and Transactions (SaT) at EY Consulting Vietnam Joint Stock Company (EY Consulting VN), leading EY Transaction Diligence and Korea Business Services in Indochina market.
Binh has more than 20 years of experience in transaction advisory, audit and other attestation services, in the course of which he has also advised more than 600 mergers and acquistions (M&A) transactions with the total completed transaction value exceeding US$8 billion.
He holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Finance & Accounting from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics.
Binh is also a Certified Public Accountant in Vietnam and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom.
