Thomas is a partner at EY-Parthenon GmbH based in Germany, focused on value creation, operating model and supply chain transformations in the consumer goods and life sciences sectors.

For over 15 years, he has worked across the consumer and life sciences industries as an operator, executive and advisor. His background spans manufacturing, research, sales and strategy – complemented by his consulting career, where he advanced from analyst to managing partner.

Before joining the global EY organization, Thomas served as strategy and chief transformation officer at Bayer Consumer Health, was a partner at a global consulting firm, and held operations and sales leadership roles at Procter & Gamble.

Thomas holds master’s degrees in Micro- and Nanotechnology in Integrated Systems from EPFL in Lausanne and in Business Administration from Collège des Ingénieurs in Paris.
