How Marie-Laure is building a better working world

“I believe that we are in a unique moment of change in banking. In this moment, it will be EY people that make us successful.

For me, talent is the most important asset at EY organization. I am very passionate about increasing diversity and inclusiveness within EY teams. We will not create change if we don’t challenge ourselves in the organization – and I encourage my teams to do exactly this.

My goal is to drive EY people to focus on innovation, broaden the service offerings and look deeper at the way we help deliver them so that we can build a better working world that is in tune with the trends of the moment.”
