Since April 2020, Claudia is also the People Advisory Services Leader for the region of Central Europe and Southeast and Central Asia Region (CESA). Claudia has over 14 years of experience in delivering services which cover expatriate taxation, immigration procedures, domestic and international social security, tax planning, compensation structuring and tax due diligence projects.

Being involved in complex accounts dealing with both inbound and outbound populations, as well as numerous tax and social audits, conferences held on expatriates tax and social matters, seminars organized with the tax and labor authorities, Claudia kept this practice vital and flexible throughout economic and industry downturn.

Claudia also had important role in drafting proposals, to improve fiscal and immigration legislation and harmonize it with European directives.

Actively involved in developing the client portfolio and in maintaining the relationship with key clients from various industries, she understood what really drives business results, then strategically refocused team to deliver on goals.

How Claudia is building a better working world

If organizations do not offer a simple, pleasant experience to their employees, they will struggle to engage and retain them. Changes in demographics, scarcity of capabilities and pressure from competition have gradually allowed for a shift of power from employers towards employees. In such a context, building a better working world has a very practical meaning to me: specifically, helping organizations overall to succeed creating those cultures and those experiences that make people want to stay over.
